1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Promise Medical Centre website ("Site") and the online appointment booking service ("Service") operated by Promise Medical Centre Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws of Nigeria.

By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are using the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms.

2. Our Services

The Site provides:

• Information about Promise Medical Centre's clinical services, staff, and locations.
• An online appointment booking tool that allows patients to request appointments at either of our branches.
• General health information for educational purposes.

The availability of specific services and clinicians is subject to change without notice. Booking an appointment online does not guarantee a specific doctor or time slot until confirmed by our reception team.

3. Appointment Booking

• Online bookings are requests — they are confirmed by our team by phone or email, typically within one business day.
• You must provide accurate contact information (name and phone number are required). Providing false details may result in cancellation.
• A confirmation reference number is issued at the time of booking — please keep it for your records.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in the event of an emergency, staff absence, or force majeure. We will contact you using the details you provided.
• Patients are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment time.

4. Payment

• Pay at Clinic: Payment is made in full at the branch on the day of your appointment. Accepted methods: cash, POS, and bank transfer.
• Online payment (Paystack): Not yet available. When activated, online payments will be processed securely by Paystack and are subject to Paystack's terms and privacy policy.
• HMO patients: present a valid HMO card and pre-authorisation letter (where required by your insurer) at reception.
• Consultation fees and service tariffs are available at our reception desks. Prices are subject to change without prior notice on the website.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 2 hours before your appointment time by calling +234 703 438 9645.
• Repeated no-shows without notice may result in restrictions on future online bookings.
• Where a deposit has been paid for specialist procedures, cancellation charges may apply — you will be informed of these at the time of booking.

6. Not a Substitute for Medical Advice

The health information on this Site (including disease and drug reference pages, blog articles, and service descriptions) is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical condition or symptoms. In a medical emergency, call 112 or attend the nearest hospital emergency room immediately.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, icons, and software — is the property of Promise Medical Centre Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by Nigerian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
