Common Questions
Do I need to fast before my screening?
Yes — for accurate glucose and cholesterol results, do not eat or drink anything except water from midnight before your visit. We confirm this when you book.
Can I pay with my HMO?
Promise Medical Centre is registered with major HMOs across Nigeria. Coverage for screening packages varies by plan — contact us with your HMO details and we will confirm before your visit.
How do I receive my results?
Your results are reviewed with you in person by a doctor. We never hand over numbers without explaining what they mean for you.
Can I upgrade my package on the day?
Yes. If your doctor recommends additional tests, or you would like the fuller picture, you can upgrade at the clinic and pay only the difference.
