Third-party cookies
We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies. When online payment is activated, our payment processor will set its own session cookies on the payment screen. These are governed by that processor's privacy policy, which you will be directed to at the point of payment.
Your choices
When you first visit our website, a cookie consent banner lets you accept or decline optional cookies. You can also update your preferences at any time using the Cookie Settings control below, or by clearing your browser cookies and reloading the page.
Most browsers allow you to manage, block, or delete cookies directly through their privacy or security settings. Please note that blocking strictly essential cookies may prevent parts of the website from working correctly, including the appointment booking form.
sessionStorage (not a cookie)
To prevent you from losing your booking progress if your connection drops, we store your partially-completed form in your browser's sessionStorage. This is technically distinct from cookies — it is never transmitted to our servers and is automatically cleared when you close the browser tab.
