Every year, patients arrive at Promise Medical Centre in genuine medical need but without the means to pay for the consultation, the medication, or the procedure that could change — or save — their life.

For over 25 years, we have absorbed some of those costs. We have never turned away a patient in a true emergency. But sustainability matters if we are to keep this promise long into the future.

The Promise Patient Support Fund exists to make this commitment viable. Donations go directly toward subsidising care for patients who cannot afford it: a child's immunisation, a mother's antenatal visit, an emergency stabilisation for someone who arrived with nothing in their pocket.
